If for any reason you are not happy with your item, then of course we will take this item back from you.
Prior to returning any item you must Contact Customer services (08826224224) or firstname.lastname@example.org giving a detailed summary as to why you wish to return the item. Our customer service team will then process the return application, and upon its completion you will be issued with a unique Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number.
ALL returns must be returned carriage paid, and must also be labelled with the unique RMA number issued by our customer service team. Any return that is not pre authorised or is not carriage paid will be rejected by our goods in department.
All items returned must be returned in A1 condition, no labels and within their original packaging – failure to do this will result in your return being rejected and or not processed.
If an item is not as advertised or in the unlikely case it is damaged, then of course you can return your item for a full refund. To claim your full refund including postage and packing or a replacement product you must arrange the return within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
In the event of requesting a full refund or a replacement item you must contact our customer services team within 14 days of delivery. Any return requests that fall outside of this date range will not be authorised.
